This policy explains what personal data Minora Agency collects through minora.me, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with Law No. 195/2024 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Moldova (in force from August 23, 2026), which mirrors the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message, when you submit our contact form.
- Analytics (only with your consent):pages visited, session duration, device/browser and approximate location via Google Analytics, and click/mouse behavior via Microsoft Clarity. These only run after you accept the "Analytics" category in our cookie banner.
- Local preference:a color-scheme choice stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not personal data.
We don't collect payment details, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
Why we process it
- To respond to your inquiry when you contact us — legal basis: taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it — legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
- Telegram — contact-form submissions are forwarded to a private Telegram chat so our team can respond.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) — site usage statistics.
- Microsoft Corporation (Clarity) — session behavior analytics.
These providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the EU/EEA, including in the United States, under their own safeguards. We don't sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept in our Telegram conversation history for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' and Microsoft Clarity's own default retention settings — see their respective privacy policies for the current periods.
Cookies
We use two cookie categories: Necessary (always on, needed for the site to function) and Analytics (off by default — loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only once you opt in). You can change your choice anytime via .
Your rights
Under Law No. 195/2024, you have the right to: be informed about how we use your data, access it, correct it, request its erasure, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already done). You may also lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, datepersonale.md). To exercise any of these rights, email info@minora.me. We respond within one month, as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data — limited access, secure hosting, and encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable care.
